Please be aware that all jewellery made from gold, sterling silver or gold plated can tarnish over time as a result of oxidation. This is caused when the jewellery interacts with external elements (e.g. sulphur, oxygen). By purchasing any items from our website, you agree and understand that all jewellery can experience normal wear and tear over time.
In order to extend the life our your jewellery, please avoid excessive wear as well as contact with moisture (e.g. water, sweat, cream lotions, perfumes and chemicals). For more details, please read carefully our jewellery care guide.
We advise our customers to take caution when wearing any type of metal on their skin for a prolonged period of time no matter if they have sensitive skin or not. We strongly advise our customers not to purchase any jewellery if they know that they have sensitive skin and have suffered in the past or are prone to any allergic reaction (e.g. green skin marks, irritations). We will take no responsibility or liability for any type of reaction that may take place. We are unable to know the sensitivities and any possible allergies of any individual and therefore is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all precautions have been taken.
Please note that people with high acid hands may occasionally experience some oxidation such as slight greening of the hands. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any of our products and services provided.

Please note that the warranty will be voided in case of an damaged incurred by the customer including: damage caused by perfumes, acids, chemicals, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear. All lost items or the ones that did not arrive at the mentioned address as described in our Returns Policy cannot be replaced or refunded.
Any missing stones will be classified as a manufacturing defect only within the first 14 day period since the arrival of the item(s) to the customer. We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement beyond this period as the missing stones will be classed as general wear and tear and are beyond our control.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from or by, in opinion of Cleopatra Jewellery Ltd, lack of care, accidents, improper handling or use (such as knocks, crushing, dents etc.), attempted repair, modification, negligence, failure to follow our advice, aging or normal wear and tear.
